Aimsir Aitil Gin Negroni

Aimsir "Aitil" Gin, Campari, Dolin sweet vermouth. 3oz.
 
For this Negroni we've partnered with our friends Steve & Christine to feature the "Aitil" house gin from their excellent new distillery, The Aimsir Distilling Company. Aitil means juniper in Gaelic, and it's a fantastic gin that makes a great base for this international classic.  Enjoy!
